The Art of Writing, Creating, and Persuasion
The story draws you in as the writer weaves the words across the page. Planting an image, you can’t shake. Capturing your mind. Compelling you to keep reading. The same overwhelming desire to sit on the edge of your seat straining to hear the punch line at the end of a joke.
My English high school teacher wanted to test our creativity. He put on an instrumental classical record. Don’t recall the name other than the word ‘sunset’ was in the title. The others sat intently listening to the music, I guess with the hopes to capture how to interpret what filled the room. I grabbed my pen and started writing. Continue reading
SiteGround Review
SiteGround Web Hosting
We all need hosting for our websites. Value is in what they offer.
You might first ask the price. But if your website is down, the price becomes irrelevant.
Down time is a disaster; the goal is to generate an income. Even if your business is brick and mortar, a website is crucial to inform potential customers of hours, products, and special sales. Doesn’t matter if a restaurant or tangible goods. With your website offline, people wonder if you are even open. Will they opt for someone that has their website up and running?
Once had a hosting company that was periodically offline. True, they were growing and short on staff to maintain their servers. But excuses don’t make happy customers. Once too often and we switched to SiteGround.
A Letter to My English Teachers

Learning correct English.
Dear English Teachers,
Struggling throughout school trying to figure out past participles, adjectives, adverbs. Got the conjunction bit; well, I think so.
Oh teacher, it never had to be so complicated. You could’ve let us run with our thoughts slapped on paper and hen-pecked it out over the manual typewriter. Heaven knows we got plenty of arm exercise with slamming that carriage back and forth.

Here is another source. Employee Theft Statistics
News Story: Jamie Petrone estimated that 90% of all computer equipment orders she made for Yale’s medical school over eight years were bogus. (40 million dollars worth) I don’t about you, but this makes me sick.
Review: Live Chat vs FAQ’s
FAQ’s are a great asset to companies. Many answer most questions. In return it frees up precious employee time having to repeat normal every day questions.
Although at times FAQ’s can be like a carousal, going round and round with no actual solution. With exhaustive maneuvers, I am glad for the alternative.
Love the live chats.
I’m sure the customer service folks agree. In black and white, a customer can say what problem they are encountering. The person at the other end types out a reply with no interruptions. Both people can stay focused on the issue at hand. A more civilized manner by the customer and less stress for the employee. Continue reading
